We have worked with G&P since leaving the UK in 2003. Since that time we have developed a portfolio of properties working with G&P on acquisition and subsequent rental. We enjoy the benefits of a small and friendly team who work in a structured way and are pro-active in approaching the ongoing property maintenance. Particularly useful is the network of trusted plumbers, builders and specialists who can respond promptly with competitively priced proposals. In the main we leave all routine decisions to G&P and most of the time we find ourselves simply validating the more strategic decisions based on alternative options already researched by the team.
