Once we have been instructed by you, your property will receive maximum coverage to potential buyers. Property details are prepared and we will ensure your property is presented in the most appealing manner.

Your property will be immediately circulated to our database of applicants via email and SMS and at Griffith & Partners we telephone potential buyers straight away. These are people who are known to us and are actively searching in the area. We successfully matched people to properties by knowing our customers.

Your property will receive maximum exposure via various property portals, including onthemarket.com and Rightmove. We use press advertising where appropriate and various forms of social media.

At Griffith & Partners we appreciate that local knowledge could make the difference when selling you property.
We conduct viewings 6 days a week and will provide you with feedback from each viewing so that you are kept fully informed of progress on the sale of your property. We will send you a property report weekly to let you know how and keep in touch with you.
When a prospective buyer wishes to purchase your property, a formal offer will need to be made. Once an offer has been qualified we will notify immediately both verbally and in writing. We will engage in negotiations, working for our clients to agree a sale.
If an offer has been accepted, a memorandum of sale will be prepared by us confirming the agreed terms of the offer and forwarded to buyer, seller and solicitors for each party.

Your solicitor will send out a draft contract to the buyer’s solicitor who will then apply for searches (local, chattel, environmental and drainage) and carry out pleminary enquiries. Your buyers may need to survey the property for the purposes of satisfying themselves or a mortgage lender.

Once all enquiries have been responded to and your buyers mortgage offer issued where needed, an exchange of contracts can take place. Further to total funds being transferred between solicitors, completion can take place and the keys handed over
